Refund Policy

At CortexPC, we take pride in delivering high-performance computers and professional support. Purchasing a new PC is an important investment, and we want you to feel confident and protected.

1. Limited Warranty

CortexPC provides a one-year limited warranty covering both parts and labor from the original date of purchase. This warranty ensures your system remains in proper working condition under normal use.

Covered:
  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use.

  • Replacement or repair of defective hardware components at CortexPC’s discretion.

Not Covered:
  • Software issues, corrupted installations, viruses, or malware.

  • Physical or accidental damage.

  • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Damage caused by electrical surges, natural disasters, or improper setup.

  • Compatibility issues with third-party software or hardware.

2. Refunds and Returns
  • All sales are final once the order has shipped.

  • Refunds are only available in cases of manufacturer defect that cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time frame.

  • To request a return, you must contact CortexPC Support within 14 calendar days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • The system must be returned in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

⚠️ Return Fee / Restocking Fee

To maintain product quality and prevent misuse of the return policy:

  • A 20% restocking fee (minimum of USD $100) will apply to all approved returns that are not due to a verified manufacturer defect.

  • Systems showing signs of use, wear, or customization may be subject to additional deductions at CortexPC’s discretion.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Systems damaged by misuse, modification, or overclocking.

  • Opened software, digital licenses, or activated operating systems.

  • Custom-built or special-order systems.

4. Warranty Claims & Support

For warranty service or technical support, please contact support@cortexpc.com with your order number, serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the claim or service process.
