Shipping Policy

Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.
Because each system is built and tested to order, please allow:

3–5 business days for components to arrive at our facility, and

3–5 business days for assembly, testing, and packaging before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service availability.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes).
For international orders, please contact sales@cortexpc.com for a custom shipping quote and delivery options.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your system is replaced or repaired as quickly as possible.
